While in Carlsbad we went to the kids’ first Chinese buffet (an obvious place for a Chinese food buffet - ha!), the Living Desert Zoo, and of course Carlsbad Caverns. We were super impressed with all three, but since Dave and I hadn’t been back to the caverns since our own childhoods that was particularly awesome.
